Frame deterioration
Soft wood, rot, corrosion, distortion or significant damage can affect operation and the integrity of the assembly.
Glass, drafts and comfort
Cracked glass, condensation between panes, noticeable drafts, uneven comfort or exterior noise can motivate a project, but the underlying cause should be identified.
Water staining
